How to crimp RJ45 Cat 7 network cable?[Step-by-Step Tutorial]

STEP 1:

Put Cable Cap through the cat 7 lan cable.

STEP 2:

Measure the length of 30mm.Use wire stripper to strip the cable jacket.

STEP 3:

Cut off the rip cord.

STEP 4:

Sort the shield braiding.

STEP 5:

Cut off the AL foil.

STEP 6:

Cut off the film.

STEP 7:

Straighten out the wires.

STEP 8:

Arrange the wires according to the T568B wire order.

①Orange
②Orange+White
③Green
④Green+White
⑤Blue
⑥Blue+White
⑦Brown
⑧Brown+White

STEP 9:

Cut the wires obliquely.

STEP 10:

Thread the wires through corresponding 8 holes of the load bar.

STEP 11:

Double Check.

STEP 12:

Then you can use a ruler to keep at about 13mm in length and cut off the excess wires.

STEP 13:

Insert the wires with load bar into the RJ45 Connector.

STEP 14:

Check from the front to see the load bar and wires
they are totall pushed to the end of the Cat 7 rj45 connector.

STEP 15:

Put the Plug into the VCELINK Crimping tool.

STEP 16:

Use VCELINK Crimper Tool to crimp the plug.

STEP 17:

Ensure that the 8 wires are successfully crimped
with 3 Prong Blade according to the wire sequence.

STEP 18:

Winding the shield braiding.

STEP 19:

Make the fixed buckle closer.

STEP 20:

Crimp fix buckle.

STEP 21:

Cover the cable cap on the connector.

STEP 22:

The ethernet cable is fininshed.
