STEP 1:

Put Cable Cap through the cat 6 lan cable.

STEP 2:

Measure the length of 30mm.Use wire stripper to strip the cable jacket.

STEP 3:

Cut the center spline of the Network cable.
Separate the tangled wires and straighten the wires with the cut cables sheath.

STEP 4:

Pay attention to the direction of Cat6 cable insertion.

STEP 5:

Place each wire in its proper position according to the label on the tool free connector.

①Orange
②Orange+White
③Green
④Green+White
⑤Blue

⑧Brown+White

STEP 6:

Cut the excess wires off.

STEP 7:

Check the wring order on PCB.

Pay attention to the notch, insert IDC into PCB.

STEP 8:

Close the outer cover of the tool free plug.

Tighten the strain relief boot.
